  • Water supply

    A stock of drinking water is set up for each building. In order to have 2 days of drinking water in case of failure of the municipal water supply system.

  • Sewage

    Sewage (WC, shower, sink) is recycled by a “Bio Septic”, a new generation septic tank.

  • Rainwater

    Rainwater is collected in a buffer tank in order to be used for watering the lawns.

  • Electricity

    All buildings are equipped with LED installations for indoor and outdoor lighting. If possible, each light point is equipped with presence sensors.

  • Thermal insulation

    All buildings are generic with external thermal insulation; This reduces energy consumption. The thermic insulation of all our properties are 60% superior to the Montenegrin norms.

  • Heating and air conditioning

    All buildings are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system, in all rooms, in order to guarantee optimum comfort.

  • Materials

    All our terraces are made in "Résinéo" a quartz and marble material. This french ecological product is draining and anti-slip to ensure your safety around the pool.

  • Progress

  • Underground garages are not included in the living area (no tax)
